Description
We visit Delos, the island where according to the mythology god Apollo was born. Delos is today known as "the Greek Pompeii", as it was destroyed by pirates in 69 BCE and ever since left abandoned.
We see houses, shops, workshops, shrines, temples, the theater, the slave market, the Terrace of the Lions, and more.
We do a complete tour of the Old town of Mykonos, to see its monuments and landmarks: the windmills, Little Venice, the iconic Paraportiani church, the Town Hall, the fish market, Mando square, the private chapel of St. Nicolas, the shopping district, etc.
